Free shipping on US orders with a subtotal of $100 or more, excluding taxes and calculated after any coupons or promotions. Under $100, apparel and gear rates vary by item because our pieces ship from different makers — the exact cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.
Once you submit your order, processing typically takes 2-8 business days. Business days include Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. You’ll receive a confirmation email immediately after your order is placed.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
INTERNATIONAL
We currently ship to Australia and New Zealand. Prices and shipping are shown in your local currency, and international rates are calculated by weight and destination — the exact cost is always shown at checkout before you pay. Free shipping over $100 applies to US orders only.
Import duties and taxes. Customs, VAT and duties are set by your local authorities and may be charged on import. If a customs payment is required to release your package, the carrier will contact you and the recipient is responsible for those fees. These are not collected at checkout.
Refused parcels. If a parcel is refused on delivery — including because of unpaid import duties or taxes — it may be returned or destroyed by the carrier, and we are not able to offer a refund. Please make sure you’re able to receive your order before placing it.
International returns. The same 14-day policy applies: unworn, unwashed items with tags still attached, refunded to your original payment method or issued as store credit. We can’t generate an international return label in the portal, so email hello@tuvilife.com to start one. International customers arrange and pay for return shipping themselves, and original shipping charges are not refunded.
