Returns (non-perishable items)

To start a return, click here. We hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If an item isn’t right, we will gladly accept any unworn, unwashed item with tags still attached, within 14 days of the original delivery date.

Refund or store credit — your choice. You pick one at the returns portal. A refund goes back to your original payment method. Store credit is issued as an online gift card, sent to the email address on the original order. Either way the amount is the price paid for the returned items, less return shipping where it applies.

We don’t offer exchanges. If you need a different size or colour, send the item back for a refund or store credit and place a new order.

Return shipping. If you added return coverage at checkout, return shipping is free. Otherwise it is a flat $6.99 for any number of items, deducted from your refund or store credit. Your original shipping charge is not refunded.

What can’t come back. Coffee is perishable and is not returnable. Items marked final sale are not returnable.

International returns. The same 14-day policy applies to orders shipped outside the United States. We can’t generate an international return label in the portal, so email hello@tuvilife.com to start one. International customers arrange and pay for return shipping themselves — the $6.99 flat rate and return coverage are available on US orders only. Original shipping charges are not refunded.

If your return does not comply with this policy, Tuvi reserves the right to deny it.
