Tuvi is four people in one family on California's Central Coast, so a message here reaches one of us rather than a queue. Order question, sizing question, or you just want to tell us where you took the coffee — all of it lands in the same place.
$5.50 for up to a pound, $6.75 for up to two — and three bags or more ships free. Coffee ships within the US only for now.
Free on US orders over $100. Under that it depends on the piece, because different items ship from different places. The exact rate is calculated in your cart and shown before you pay — no surprises at the last step.
Most orders ship within 2 to 8 business days, depending on what you ordered. Coffee is roasted to order and goes out fresh — roasted and shipped within 2 days, which is the whole point of buying it small-batch.
If something is not right, we will issue store credit for any unworn, unwashed item with tags still attached, within 14 days of the original delivery date. We do not do straight swaps or refunds to the original payment method — the credit is yours to spend on whatever you would rather have. Non-perishable items only, so coffee is not returnable. If Redo was not added at checkout, return shipping is $6.99 and comes out of the credit.
Everything — delivery frequency, roast, pausing, cancelling — is managed from your account. Nothing is locked in, and you can skip a delivery without cancelling.
Pismo Beach, California — the Central Coast. We are online only for now, so there is no shop to walk into, but the blends are named after places you can stand in.
