Returns (if applicable to non-perishable items)

To create or start a return click here. Our policy: We hope you are completely satisfied with your purchases. However, if you decide the items aren’t for you, we will gladly issue you store credit for any unworn, unwashed items with tags still attached within 14 days of the original delivery date. The cost of return shipping, $6.99 for any number of items and will be deducted from your store credit. If you checked out with Redo added to your cart, there is no return shipping charge. Your original shipping charge will not be refunded.

The store credit total will be credited to an online gift card sent to the email address associated with the original purchase, less the cost of original shipping fees and return shipping fees. 

If your merchandise return does not comply with this policy, tūvi reserves the right to deny the return.

Please note that we do not accept exchanges. If a different item or size would suit you better, simply follow the return instructions for the item and place a new order for the item/size you would prefer. All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, depending on their condition. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
